XD係列雙軸撕碎機適用於各行業的廢料回收要求，例如：電子垃圾、塑料、金屬、木材、廢舊橡膠、包裝桶、托板等。回收材料種類繁多，經撕碎後的物料可直接回收適用或根據要求進一步細化處理。該係列雙軸撕碎機擁有低轉速、大扭矩、低噪音等特點，采用電腦PLC編程控製係統，可以自動控製設備的啟停，反轉以及超載後自動反轉控製功能。

 根據不同物料，刀片的類型也不同，我廠刀片分為：一爪，兩爪，四爪及多爪刀片，厚度從10mm-80mm不等。根據客戶的物料和需求來設計單爪或多爪以及不同厚度的刀片。刀片的安裝形式可分為：整體安裝和可拆卸安裝道具(XD1000型以上機型推薦使用可拆卸式刀片，便於後期刀片更換）

The XD serious double shafts shredders have been designed for a wide ways of applications and industries, such as:shredding WEEE waste, scrap tires, packaging barrel, pallets, etc. Depending on input materials and the following process the shredded material can be used directly or go into the next step of size reduction. XD’s serious double shaft shredder has two rotors built into the machine that rotate at low speeds, high torque and low noise. Adopt with microcomputer control system with function of start, stop, automatic reverse sensors to protect the machine against over loading and jamming.

 based on different materials, we design the special blades with different hooks, normally, we have single hooks blade, double hooks blades, four hooks blades and multi-hooks blades. Also the thickness of blades for different materials are different, the range is 10mm-80mm. We design single or multi-hooks of blades with different thickness for different materials.

 Such as:

The 10 and 20mm thick blades are suitable for fragile materials such as medical packaging and electrical board.

 The 40 and 50mm thick blades are widely used for various materials such as tires, plastic products, wood pallets, film and etc.

 The 80mm thickness blades are used for shredding metal items or plastic and metal compounds such as refrigerator and drums, the blades can handle material up to 10mm in thickness.
